"Stremel" salmon: strip for strip a real treat

"Stremel" is the North German expression for "strip". We prepare our strips of salmon fillet in a traditional manner: The filleted salmon is salted and hot-smoked at temperatures of over 70 °C. This results in the red-golden yellow colour and the pieces remain nice and juicy inside. Spices like pepper, garlic or Mexico mix make the strips a highly varied pleasure to the palate.
