Sandwich salmon: same size, same delicious flavour
What's special about our sandwich salmon: All slices are exactly the same; each individual slice measures 9.5 x 9.5 cm and weighs either 25 g (+/- 2 g) or 30 g (+/- 2 g).
The advantage: can be quickly and cleanly processed without damaging the slices. Perfect, for example, for system catering.
