Salmon candies: small but amazing
Like "Stremel" salmon, we smoke our salmon fillet nibbles at 70 °C:
Hot smoke quickly and evenly envelopes the salmon cube. Exquisite aromatic herbs and spice mixtures make the salmon candies a fine, colourful explosion of taste with chives, curry-fruit, pepper, bruschetta and garlic.
