Traditional smoking method and the fine marinating process give our marinated smoked salmon specialities their intensive aroma and their brilliant colour.

Salmon of top Norwegian quality is hand-marinated with salt, sugar and specific spices in each case and then cold-smoked over native precious woods. The marinated smoked salmon specialities are particularly firm when cut and firm to the bite. The meat has an exceptionally aromatic taste. The belly flap, dark meat and skin are removed.
