Choice fish, skilfully refined

All products are manufactured by the 90-plus employees at our headquarters in Zetel-Neuenburg in the Friesland region using the finest freshly caught ingredients supplied by our audited logistics partner for fresh produce.

At the refinement stage, we combine traditional skilled methods with modern, cost-efficient and energy saving systems. The filleting process is fully automatic, but the fish are salted by hand. We cure our products with time-honoured methods and traditional ovens, using only native woods and beech chippings. We have also developed a gentle cold-smoking process involving probably the lowest temperatures in Germany.
