A delicate composition of the finest smoked fish and mildly marinated gravlax guarantee the highest fish enjoyment. First-class, freshly caught raw goods are the basis for the best quality: Our salmon products receive the best “finishing touch” by dry curing and hand marinating as well as extensive maturing and drying times. We achieve the incomparable smoky aroma of eels by smoking over an open fire in our Altona oven.
The fine smoked fish platter includes sliced smoked salmon and gravlax, eel fillet, trout fillet and mackerel fillet.
