Baguette salmon: The classic for the snack business
Friesländer baguette salmon is specially developed for the snack and bread business.
The evenly sliced slices of 25 g (+/- 2 g) are individually separated by foils, can be removed quickly and processed directly – without skin, without muscle triangle, without trimmings.
Available as smoked salmon or gravadlax, either deep-frozen or fresh, in the following packaging sizes:
- 1 kg = approx. 40 slices
- 500 g = approx. 20 slices
- 200 g = approx. 8 slices
Sandwich salmon: It fits on every toast
Friesländer sandwich salmon is precisely tailored to the size of a slice of toast (9.5 × 9.5 cm) – ideal for filled sandwiches in refrigerated counters and to-go offers.
The precisely cut slices can be removed quickly and processed directly – without skin, without muscle triangle, without trimmings.
Available as smoked salmon, either deep-frozen or fresh, in the following packaging sizes:
- 500 g = 20 slices of 25 g (+/– 2 g)
- 600 g = 20 slices of 30 g (+/– 2 g)

Friesländer Longslice is the ideal choice for sophisticated creations on the appetizer buffet. The elongated slices of 30 g (+/– 2 g) or in the XXL version of 85 g (+/– 15 g) can be removed quickly and processed directly – without skin, without muscle triangle, without trimmings.
Available in two variants:
- 900 g = 30 slices of 30 g (8 x 12 cm)
- 1.7 Kg = 20 slices of 85 g (29 x 10 cm)
