We introduced this delicacy to Germany, hand-cured according to the original Canadian recipe and smoked over beech wood. The Sockeye wild salmon comes from the North Pacific. Our products are MSC-certified for sustainable fishing. Firm, red flesh with only about 5 percent fat content distinguishes this fine fish.
