“Tenderly pulled” – that’s the mega-trend that connoisseurs can’t resist. Because meat prepared according to the “slow and low” principle is so wonderfully tender and juicy that it can be pulled apart with a fork. For this, we smoke fresh salmon fillet meat at just over 100 °C.
It’s that quick: “perfect!” You can take it ready-pulled from the MAP tray and prepare it immediately. Be creative and add seasoning sauces or remoulade to your taste. Conjure up perfect gourmet fish snacks in no time, e.g., Pulled Salmon Burgers, Pulled Salmon Burritos or Wraps, as well as Pulled Salmon Bowls.
