Our trainees take on responsibility early on – not only for their work, but also for social issues. Sustainability and social commitment are integral parts of their training. This is not just about theory, but about projects with real practical relevance and impact.
They are currently involved, as mentioned above, with the Schlüsselblume e. V. association, which supports affected children and young people in the region. They develop their own product ideas, take care of sales and donation processing – and contribute with a great deal of initiative.
