From a small smokehouse to an award-winning brand
- Our story began in 1990 out of a hobby: Dirk Abrahams founded a small fish shop with its own smokehouse – thus laying the foundation for an impressive development:
- Today, with around 100 employees and state-of-the-art production facilities spanning over 5,000 sqm, we refine the finest eels, trout, mackerel, and especially salmon – with an incomparable smoky flavor.
- Through continuous investments, expansions, and the constant refinement of our processes, we are proud to continue setting standards.
