A harmonious composition of the finest smoked fish and mildly cured gravlax guarantee the ultimate fish experience. First-class raw ingredients are the basis for the best quality: For our salmon products, we place particular emphasis on extensive maturation and drying times, as well as hand dry-salting. We achieve the incomparable smoky aroma of our eels by smoking them over an open fire in our Altona ovens.
The Fine Smoked Fish Platter consists of sliced smoked salmon and gravlax, eel fillet, trout fillet, and mackerel fillet.
