Our Gravlax is cured according to Scandinavian tradition – with a mixture of salt, sugar, pepper, and fine dill. We consistently avoid artificial ripening agents and instead rely on proven methods that give the fish time to develop its full aroma. This results in a delicately spiced salmon with an unmistakable taste – from the premium line to the fairly priced solution.
