Our Fish
Our fish come either from sustainably certified catches, from controlled farming, or from organic farms. In addition to classic premium fish like salmon, trout, and eel, we also smoke fine mackerel fillets. Our range is available in package sizes for retail and gastronomy, as well as for private connoisseurs.

We smoke and process directly at our own facility in Northern Germany. This means short distances and full control over every processing step.
We maintain schedules as meticulously as cold chains: unbroken.
We reliably deliver fresh goods via refrigerated transport. Orders placed by 10 AM usually leave our facility on the same day.

Dirk Abrahams GmbH is an owner-operated family business with its headquarters in Neuenburg in Frisia, between Oldenburg and Wilhelmshaven. On average, about 100 employees work in our company each year. They smoke and process eels, trout, mackerel, and – especially salmon. In doing so, we combine traditional craft methods with modern, economical, energy-efficient systems.
