Baguette salmon: "... like sliced bread"
What's special about our baguette salmon: Every slice has exactly the same shape and weight. Each individual slice weights 25 g (+/- 2 g) and is separated with a film.
The advantage: can be quickly and cleanly processed without tearing the slices. Perfect, for example, for system catering.
